She coaches women around the country on redirecting their beliefs and thoughts that immobilize and dis-empower. DeDe is the CEO and Founder of "Snap Out Of It!", a community dedicated to helping women regain and recognize their worth; and the "Snap Out Of It!" Radio Network where DeDe is the host of a popular online Internet show called "Snap Out Of It!", geared toward helping others release their limiting beliefs that keep them stuck. In 2010 DeDe will produce and organize the first annual "Snap Out Of It" Women's Conference and Expo to be held in Dallas Texas.
