For this show we have Elango, who is the EVP, Emerging Geography SBU & Global CHRO for Mphasis. At Mphasis, Elango oversees all the aspects of HR. He has transformed the department into a business critical function. In his role, he has re-oriented Mphasis' view towards IT hiring, leadership development and people management. He has been at the helm of integrating the organization through its many mergers and acquisitions.

Elango has been with Mphasis for over a decade in HR and other important roles, covering Business Operations, Marketing and Corporate Communications. Before Mphasis, Elango served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Bank of America's off shoring unit in India. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations like UB Group, The Raheja Group and Quality Inns India Pvt. Ltd.
