Running injuries come in many shapes and sizes. Some stop you from running or prevent you from returning. Others provide temporary setbacks or niggling pain.
Severe injuries require months and some time years of recovery. Some injuries are due to poor management while others are accidental or just plain bad luck.
Running injuries take an emotional toll as well as a physical and financial one. In this episode we identify some common "injury characteristics" and share our thoughts on how to cope with them.
