Mothers In Charge, " It Takes A Village"

Mothers In Charge is comprised of Mothers, Aunts, Sisters, who lost a loved one to violence. We are a violence prevention, intervention organization working with the youth mentoring, working with mothers who are incarcerated in Riverside Prison, we have volunteers that work with the youth that are housed in PICC Prison. We talk about issues and concerns surrounding the violence in our neighborhoods, what we can do to reach the teenagers.
