A few weeks ago, Justin from the Mid Mo Sports Show found a man-food called the Spec-Tate, and challenged Lyle of the Mid Mo Smoke Show to recreate it. Lyle in turn challenge Justin to prepare ribs. Sarah Kwast, Lyle's daughter, joins as sous chef for Lyle while Mid Missouri Media's Matt Glenn helps Justin with his rib challenge. It all culminates on this week's episode of The Mid Mo Smoke Show.
