Lynn Eib is a newspaper reporter turned author who describes herself as a passionate encourager, but always a truth teller. As a longtime cancer survivor and patient advocate, she has provided emotional and spiritual support to tens of thousands of cancer patients and caregivers around the world. The Cancer Prayer Support Group that Lynn founded in 1991 is believed to be the country's oldest such faith-based group.
Lynn is the author of a new book Peace in the Face of Cancer, she is also the author of several other Tyndale House titles, including When God & Cancer Meet, 50 Days of Hope, and When God & Grief Meet. Lynn conducts hope-filled seminars for those on an unwanted journey with cancer or grief.
Lynn worked as a patient advocate in her oncologist's office for nearly two decades before retiring in 2015 to spend more time with her husband, three daughters, and six grandchildren. When she's not babysitting or writing, Lynn enjoys biking, daily walks, reading mysteries, and cheering for her favorite sports teams, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes.
