Shane Sayrahder - VI Aventura

Shane Sayrahder brings 10 years of sales and sales management experience in the CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) industry; prior to his current assignment for Vi @ Aventura Senior Living, Shane spent three years with Asbury Communities (Germantown, Maryland) as a sales trainer and the acting director of marketing for Inverness Village in Tulsa, OK. He brings a unique style of sales management to his teams by basing his energy around educating seniors on options, strong phone and appointment-setting metrics, and having fun. Shane has worked with four startup projects in his career. Shane graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University and has an M.A. in Central and Eastern European Studies from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
