Author and speaker, Kendy Ward first garnered recognition as a winner of BET’s First Time Writer’s Competition. Later her first non-fiction work was published in the compilation, No Glory without a Story. In 2012 She authored her first self-published work, God-Esteem: Seeing the God in You. Her first full-length work of fiction, Oh Romeo, Romeo, was released in October 2015. Her newest title, Only One Knight is now available on Amazon. Kendy has spoken throughout South Florida and the Bahamas on topics of faith, empowerment, and self-improvement. She was ordained as a minister at Hope United Church in 2015. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management and is currently a business manager at a construction company.
