MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE presents- Philly Locks Conference/ Healthy Feasts

Tonights two part show will begin with the first hour featuring Chef Tendajii. A natural food chef bringing the heightened art of healthy eating and delicious nutrients. She will share wonderful helpers in preparing food to regulate blood pressure, diabetes, and immune system function. Greenful salads, root vegetables, guidelines to juicing. Do's and don'ts when food combining. The best foods and teas to start your mornings, the best time to have meals, combined with delicious desserts.
