A Conversation with Gabriel Boxer, The Kosher Guru

Gabriel Boxer found his way into the kosher food industry at the age of 15 working for Mauzone in Queens, NY. He quickly became a catering manager and helped manage the company while also managing many Passover programs from Aruba to Arizona to Florida. He later was the director of off-premise catering for Genadeen Caterers at Sephardic Temple in Cedarhurst, NY and was involved in many other food ventures including a long stint as General Manager of the esteemed Pomegranate Supermarket in Brooklyn, NY As a result of his experience he become known as Kosher Guru who has helped and continues to help many companies thrive within the Kosher market.
