S. 510 Senate Bill - GOOD or Bad?

The topic of this discussion is the CONTROVERSIAL S. 510 Food and Safety Senate Bill. While many of our elected officials seem to LIKE this bill, it appears that small farmers are being squeezed out of business by the FDA and government regulations. What I want to know is DO YOU think this a BENEFIT to consumers or a HORRENDOUS piece of legislation that MUST be stopped.
