Outer space development is necessary if for no other reason than the "Capital Markets" have no where else to go. Capitalism must expand.  Both China and Russia, to a lesser extent are operating as "State Capitalists" at a time when Corporations have failed to invigorate the American economy by going abroad. Is it time for the type of "Federalism" the founding fathers wanted? We look at the complaints of the old line capitalists about the State Capitalism they meet abroad, and find an answer to both OWS and the corporate dilema.  As it stands now, tight private capital markets are competing with expanding state capital markets in countries with questionable human rights policies while we publicly question the extent of our generous social supports at home.  Our economy is in trouble while China experiences boom.  Later today, OWS has threatened to close down the NYSE.  Our President is in Asia.  Will Occupy impact on Obama re-election? Join us as we discuss the coming public relations nightmare for Capitol Hill.
