Capriole Productions Inc is dedicated to seek and produce humanitarian works.

Capriole Productions Inc was founded in 1987. We are a Non-Profit 501(c)3 corporation. Originally founded to foster and generate interest in amateur sports, Kimberly changed directions in 1992. After traveling to Brazil she became interested in the plight of Brazils street children.

In the very late 1980s, John Quinones first reported the massacre for ABC’s 20/20: ABC Network News was the first U.S. team to venture in and expose horrific events. Brazil’s Globo TV first reported these events.

City of Hope: A Children’s Story, chronicles Philip Smith’s amazing work and his astounding 20 year success actively assisting these street children also known as ‘urchins’.

While children who live in the favelas continue to be displaced or ‘disposed of’, the City of Youth organization offers the hopeless hope, the estranged unity, and the dying life. City of Hope: A Children’s Story will serve to renew and  restore our faith in mankind's individual acts of human compassion, kindness and courage.

Listening to Mr. Smith, this endemic problem facing Brazil’s unwanted ‘children of the street’ and Brazil’s efforts of providing a lifetime solution for these unwanted children provides all with a sense of bleak reality.

This story must be told, simply because it is an enriched documentary chronicling the continuing events of unwanted, but beautiful, children.
