Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is characterized by extreme fatigue, sleep disturbances and pain. Chronic fatigue syndrome can be helped with lymphatic system detoxification. Chronic fatigue is a syndrome, and not actually a disease or virus. This basically means that it's a set of symptoms that fit together to pinpoint a certain condition, although it isn't a specific disease. Those with chronic fatigue may present with impaired memory/concentration, sore throat, tender neck or armpit lymph nodes, muscle pain, anxiety, headaches, disturbed sleep, relapse of symptoms after exercise (aka post exertional malaise) that lasts more than 24 hours,  pain in multiple joints without swelling or redness. Many of the symptoms associated with CFS are signs of a congested lymphatic system. When the lymphatic system is overwhelmed you become toxic from the buildup of cellular waste. The goal in chronic fatigue is to balance pH and improve the lymphatic system to reduce toxicity and inflammation.
