Finding a job includes a lot of different skills being used in a short time span. There are 3 things that will get you a job. Include these 3 things every time, over and over without fail.

  1. A resume that fits the job you want 
  2. Use Skills that fit the job you want 
  3. Believe in your abilities.

Whether your company downsized; you were laid off; fired; never worked before; been out of the job market and ready to return; or career change, now you need a job. Believe, and Proceed.

THESE 3 THINGS WILL GET YOU A JOB:

1) 2-3 Great short and Skillfully Sweet Resumes. 

2) Be prepared to demonstrate your dependability; accomplishments, and performance from past job • List your skills on applications and resumes in order of the strengths and be confident in your abilities. The greater you are in that area, the higher you list it on your resume. List the strengths that fit the job you want. If the skill of task tasks does not fit the job, do not use the task.

3) Practice presenting your strengths verbally as well as on paper. Address what you accomplished; toot your horn about great evaluations; talk about exceeding requirements; high performance, etc.
