Why Argue Over Who The Creator (Your God) Is?

Why do we believe in something so much that we would separate people?  What is so important about our past that it would withhold us from a future of wealth, health, and safety?  Have we held the concept of "God" to the point of poverty, sickness, and war?  What is the purpose of having "God" or a god?  In modern times, where people leave their communities, do we have greater heartache because of the need to hang on to our religions?  

Have you ever noticed the beauty of a "foreigner" and you felt a twinge of pleasure inside?  Have you ever wanted to do more than smile, but, immediately thought about the language barrier so you chose not to speak.  Have you then thought about the separation by religion and decided that your God would not be the other person's God so you turned the other cheek and beat cheek down the street in the opposite direction?

Why do we hang onto "God" when we see so many signs of people acting as "God" through creation?  Is creation the natural ability of all humans worldwide?  Could it be we all came from the same source, but, our family traditions keep us stuck in poverty, sickness, and at war?  Could you give up the need to have a "higher power" over you if you could love anyone, anywhere, anytime?  Do you wonder what the language of wealth, health and peace would sound like?  Do you long for universal love, peace, wealth, health, and safety?    Could the search be over if we gave up arguing over God?  Are you a searcher?
