What the  Bible said about anger in found in Colossians 3:8 But now you youselves are to put off all these ;anger .That mean you have control of your anger.Because being angire all the time will causes health problems,that can you can develop such as,high blood pressure,heart condition.. etc .Because if you watch your physcial condition began to tighting up and body shaking ,high tone of speach and eyes watering .The body began to react to the brain command.
