THIS IS THE 27th day 

Today we're speaking on health on starting somewhere and pressing forward if you want to be health why don't you start by cutting things in half? Health is important and health is in you. Health what are you eating to make you feel sluggish and tired? There are times we think we're fine but it's the food we eat and how we move forward in health 

When i was young I wanted a studio of teaching exercise and somehow I still do cause it's fun to do I think exercise is important too me especially when every one tells you your not going to do it exercise every important during this journey
