Today we need to understand the importance of health health is SOOO big it's crazy how most hospitals have a lot of patients and the patients don't know why they are feeling bad and don't get it 

Sometimes health is a choice and sugar is the most craziest thing today but guess what when people get more symptoms then they will understand why I am furious about people who love sugar instead of health . .  There are times when we can't understand until something hits them and then they say they didn't know
