Eight months postpartum and 63 lbs lighter Nastassja hopes to inspire other postpartum moms in their weight loss journey.
Nastassja is a nurse practitioner, wife and mother of two.  Her first child is 17 years of age and her youngest is  9 months.  What started as losing the baby weight after her second child  grew into competing in body building.  Lets welcome Nastassja tonight.
