Despite assurances from the mass media that the economy has improved, employees remain vulnerable to restructurings and layoffs.  Downsizing is rippling through the energy sector in response to the fall in oil prices, while tech giant IBM is poised to announce the biggest round of cutbacks in its history.  Tonight we will look at the dynamics of searching for a job in today's employment market.
