Obama addresses nation as ISIS promises more attacks; Positive or Jibberish?

President Obama makes a very rare Oval Office appearance in an attempt to put the American people, as well as the rest of the world, minds at rest. In Obama's ususal manner he "explained" where we are, how we got here and what he plans to do about terrorism here and abroad. Obviously, we are all still "In the Pickle Barrel". Will Obama's "plans" do anything to get us out of the barrel? Will it put an end to ISIS and the growing threat of more extremists attacks here or anywhere else? What do you think.
