Illegals have something in common with boats...an anchor

Nothing can expose people's feelings about the illegal alien issue any faster than the topic of Anchor Babies.  Obviously, the candidates for President of the United States of America realize this is a hot topic and are hitting the circuit takling about what they will do about this issue when they become President. I wonder if they have ever heard of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution?
