Karen has a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Mount Holyoke College. She received her Evidence Based Coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University and her advanced leadership training and development through various corporate university programs.

Karen created and launched a Princeton Cable Television show, New Beginnings.
