After September 11th, Tony set out to leverage his knowledge of engineering, specialized effects used in paintball and the threat of the insurgency, to enhance military training and help save the lives of war fighters. He formed Combat Training Solutions, Inc. He was the 2010 Colorado Small Business Person of the Year. His company has received awards such as the 2009 Colorado Companies to Watch Award and the Military Training Technology Magazine's Top Innovator's Award five years running.
