Last week's workout was easy. This week is NOT! Join Kim Watkins, head trainer at inSHAPE Fitness for a 30-min equipment free workout that focuses on getting your heart rate up and keeping it up while working all major muscle groups.
The Pyramid Power Workout starts with simple moves and gets more and more challenging as we move into the middle of the set, when we sustain the hardest move for twice the amount of time. We then work backwards through the sequence in reverse order. After a short break, we'll complete a second set.
You'll end the training session feeling totally energized and sustain a significant metabolic boost you can take with you the rest of the day.
