Join Dr. Renee as she welcomes her great friend and fellow mental health advocate, Stina Jørgensen. Stina talks about how to reshape your life after trauma, tragedy, and pain. She also talks about how to know the difference between what you think you are, what you truly are, and what you wish to be. This is an incredible show full of amazing self-help and inspirational moments sure to leave you breathless and ready to take the leap into your absolute "truth".

About Stina Jørgensen: Stina currently lives in Norway with her husband and their two children. She was a prison officer, and worked in prison for almost 14 years. She has worked with inmates, helping them change their addictive behavior and has helped professionals within the health care system with motivational interviewing. In 2011 she experienced a head and neck injury which affected all her life areas.

Today she is self-employed offering mindfulness courses to women. Stina is also a public speaker for The World Mental Health day in Norway. Stina has struggled with different health issues, and she’s been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and ME. Today she shares her own recovery story. She has also had a though upbringing with parents that abused violence and alcohol. Which lead to her and her brother being placed in different foster homes.
