I'm betting Tuesday's outcome is similar to Blair's victory in 97. Cons lurched even further to the working class right and have been unelectable until the rise of David Cameron and his Eton and Oxford pals (like Boris Johnson) took the Party back. I see the same on the cards for the Repubs. Utter disarray with Palin really running it into the ground.
