Teen Sex: What age is acceptable?

I decided to do this show after listening in and participating on a panel of Platinum Queen's (Shanda Sealey) show.  The topic was the "Dangers of Birth Control", but the show took a more serious turn when a 14-yr old girl and her mother disclosed that her daughter was having sex with a 17-yr old boy, who is dominating her, as well as disrespecting the mother's rules and her as a parent. 

What age is too young for our children to begin engaging in sexual activity?  As a parent, what will you allow and not allow in your home and of your teen?

I hope this show will narrow the gap to understand what our teens are faced with.
