In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM, we address the function of ab (heart, will) in relation to ab (cessation, purification). The spiritual ab (heart) is the spiritual organ through which we equlibrate our life-force energy. This is critically important with regard regulating our sex-drive and hunger-drive so that we are not overcome by lust and greed - the negative effects of which can manifest not only physically but in all areas of life.
We examine our publications:

Do you think Aliens exist? Have you personally seen something you can't explain? Have you felt someone behind you but you're in an empty house? Have you gotten stoned and eaten a whole pack of Bacon by yourself? Surely out of the many Universe's we can't be the only planet with Life. Do you think the Pyramids were actually Man-made? Did Hitler succeed at making the first "UFO" known as "The Bell" that crashed in Kecksburg, PA in the 80's? Is Abstinence really code for Impotence? We will discuss!
Jacquie Wayans is Radio Host, Author, Speaker and Singer. As a native New Yorker, she produces two radio shows and recently released her new eBook Don’t Give Up & Win: A Survival Guide to Renewed Virginity. The book is based primarily on her 15 years of experience with abstinence. Wayans focuses on delivering key tips to keep ones commitment during this challenging and often, isolating decision. She says, “I chose to be open about my decision and observed the ‘I don’t believe you stares’ to the ‘What’s wrong with you girl’ look. I want to make this journey easier for anyone else that is courageous enough to take it. They need to know that if they don’t give up, they can win!”
Sharon Moore Gospel Recording Artist
Freeman Da Gospel Rapper Born Carlos Marcel Stewart on June 26, 1984 in Washington DC. Freeman moved around often as a youth. DC, MD, North Carolina and VA all were once home to him. Growing up without his father, he started getting into things such as theft, lying, cursing, and more. Living in DC he attended elementary schools such as Malcolm X, Ruth K Webb (He was in JROTC) and Anne M Goding.
At the age of 21 just fed up with a sinful lifestyle of lacking, bitterness, hate, envy, drinking, cursing, sex outside of marriage, masturbation, stealing, lying, stressed and more Freeman called on Jesus in his mother’s living room in Largo MD, Jesus delivered him from EVERYTHING instantly and that’s when his life changed forever.
No condom prevents pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) 100% of the time. But if you and your partner are having sex, nothing protects against STDs better than a properly used condom. For those having sex, condoms must always be used to protect against STDs even when using another method of birth control
It is said that the pores of a condom is .5 microns small and the Hiv virus
is ,1 microns small.
Okay what ever is being insinuated is all well and find, but the message
is, don't assume you will be protected from aids or a std because you're
wearing a condom.
Like the health department states, the safest is abstinence or a
monogamous relationship point blank,
Stop being a sex addict and you won't increase your chances of
getting an std or aids, plus the average person doesn't use condoms
right and isn't aware that certain lubricants can break the condom down.
If lubricants can break a condom down so can a diseased
male and females body fluid. Don't take a chance because you are out
control and a slave to lust.
Condoms aren't a hundred percent safe some rate between 92% and 87% creating an 8% to 13% chance of becoming infected. there are other things that play a factor in the safety of a condom, like the storage of one, age of the condom, how you handle a condom, and moister of it. Try not to leave them in your pocket, or wallet, and if it becomes dry the use of water based lubricants are recommended.

Jacquie is a real born again virgin, who made her decision toward ‘renewed virginity’ based on a strong Christian faith. She realizes that society as a whole is looking for love that is sustainable and built on real factors that can stand on their own merit, without the camouflage that sex can bring. The book is written through a faith-based lens, but also one that embraces a tone of love and encouragement for the readers.
