After an undergraduate degree in psychology, Mike earned his MBA from UT in 1991. Mike’s 2 decades of change management experience started with an intense consulting gig within London’s Subway system (The Tube). After London, Mike’s career included internal consulting roles within Dell and Vignette Software. In Mike’s last internal role, he worked alongside Porsche Consulting on an implementation of “Lean” at chip maker AMD. Mike is now an independent consultant with his own business (Mike Leamon Consulting). Mike’s experience with huge organizations created an ability to customize methods for companies of any size and attention span.
