Jambo! March Madness, we all want to win! We all want to reach our goal for each month! During the month of March as we use the term March Madness we must also make sure we have a Focus! Again I think about Harriet Tubman, with the brutal March winds of Maryland,Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania in her face she had to push through with the focus of freedom. As I think about Madame C. J. Walker the first African American Female Millionaire I imagine her pushing to the next door to peddle her products. I see her shoulder against the wind!, pressing forward with courage ,with a plan, with a goal, with stamina and fortitude and faith! So as women and as people and with this being International Woman's Month let's keep a focus on what it is we want to achieve and work our plan.
