Mental Illness..Are African Americans ignoring this disease in their communities

Ebony Wikerson, a pregnant mother of 3 drive her minivan into the Daytona Beach on March 4th along with her 3 children. Is she suffering from mental illness or is this just an excuse?  Many families in the African American communities feel that black people can't have mental issues; yet we will discuss several reasons why this may need a second look.
