ITIL CERTIFICATION in a PROJECT WORLD

What is ITIL? How does it assist project managers who already possess the PMP designation? WhIch type jobs are ideal for candidates with ITIL knowledge? Does this certification add value to salary potential for project managers?                             Speaker Details -  Michael Adams is an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager for a municipal government in New Mexico. Michael has provided independent IT consulting services, led a construction crew, worked on Wall Street, and run the night audit at a hotel. Michael earned his PMP in 2014, and added the ITIL certification to his list of credentials in March 2015.
