Why are most men in the hood not taking care of their kids?

Many many years ago, Black men and women were strong pillars of the community. The men worked hard, took care of their families, even through discrimination and segregation. Wars, crime, drug abuse created a serious problem in the urban and suburban and rural communities. Some men decided to leave home. Then there are some that work several jobs, want to play the field or even marry outside of their nationality. But why are the kids suffering? Let's discuss why men do not take care of their kids?
