Ed Brown grew up in the small town of Altoona, Pennsylvania. After graduating, he went on to become a double major at Shippensburg University, and then moved on to work as a highlight writer with CBS Sports in New York City. Throughout his travels, he taught himself how to become a filmmaker, and through two personal tragedies, he taught himself to become a journalist. Ed Brown is the director, producer, editer and guy behind the camera in his documentary Unacceptable levels which is a documentary film on the chemicals and toxins in our food, water, soil and environment.

Currently, we have over 88,000 chemicals in our system of commerce, and some of those are going straight into our bodies, and even more importantly, our unborn children as well. Due to this constant exposure, we have over 200 synthetic industrial compounds that are interacting with our cells every single day. Until recently, modern science really didn’t understand what that could mean for all of us in the long run, but that dynamic is changing.
