In my book UNKNOWN AMERICA - I take on the modern day narrative of slavery, reparations, the true seeds of the institution and the falsified details of the past. Did slavery exist in the new world? Of course. But was it as widespread as modern pundits would have the American public believe? Well if the New York Times has it's way there will be a new narrative. One that besmirches the reputation of not only America but the people that founded her and the tenets upon which this nation was created. In this edition we take on the 1619 Project.
