Our Guest Ms. Henrietta Robinson the director of Zenith Technology Institute (ZTi, LLC) has over 15 years of experience developing and managing training programs in Maryland and Washington, DC. Zenith provides strategic training programs for government agencies, corporations, military and for workforce development agencies.

Ms. Robinson has worked as a director, manager, counselor and instructor in many areas of business. She has identified elements in the business development process that were critical for growth, but lacking in the small business and workforce development communities.

Ms. Robinson also served as a Technical Assistant Provider, certified by the Small Business Administration. Ms. Robinson provided training; pre-business start-up assistance; credit management counseling; disaster recovery and career counseling.

In addition, Ms. Robinson participated in workforce events hosted by the DC Department of Employment Services.

Ms. Robinson provided consulting services to the People-4-People Employment Assistance Program from 2010-present. The People-4-People is a partnership of churches from various denominations and professional volunteers. The program was established to assist individuals with identifying career opportunities and provide free job search training.

Ms. Robinson continues to develop programs for the purpose of assisting people to find and retain employment and learn marketable skills.
