Thank you Flylady.... yes it's a Holiday and a celebration. The Seder is the celebration, the 8 days are the Holiday. I didn't have a chance before the to listen to this, it was a great reward from all the work. As far as how to pronounce it... Humm-metz, meaning leavened.
