Today on Flavor Living Radio we're talking with Ohio Guests Chef Annarya "Nonni" Casino and Christopher Yurick from Cleveland Crops both are major designers of this fascinating, helping project...Thats taken Ohio by storm.

Here's a little bit about our guest "Nonni" Casnio.   Nonni served as Personal Chef and Residence Coordinator for Ohio Governor Richard Celeste in the mid-1980s she went on to opened and managed the first vegan/vegetarian coffee house  (The Root Cafe) in the Cleveland area,..in 2010 she became the  Farm Sales/Product Development Supervisor, for Cleveland Crops...

Our second guest Christopher Yurick.. has a 20 year career in vocational rehabilitation... Chris explored the concept of urban agriculture as an economic engine and helped establish Cleveland Crops to address high unemployment of people with developmental disabilities in the wake of the 2008 “Great Recession”.
