Southeast United Dairy Industry Association, Inc . we will be discussing how to feed your family with a very busy schedjule having to run the kids to all the sporting events and feeding them.  One of the world's most popular sports baseball Little leaguers everywhere will head to the field with bat and ball in hand, and while baseball is great exercise, busy parents often opt for hitting a fast food restaurant to and from practices and games. In fact, a recent study found that at least one-third of children surveyed eat fast food during the week. Unfortunately, they consume more calories and fat, but less fiber, milk, fruits and vegetables than children who do not eat fast food. Another alarming statistic shows that there has been a 60 percent increase in forearm fractures in part due to milk being replaced by increased consumption of soda and juice.
