Launa Carbonell is the President of Train to Gain, Inc. is a creative Florida-based company specializing in excellent customer service training. Our training tools and services have helped organizations to successfully reach their goals. Train to Gain, Inc. was created to give organizations fundamental tools to deliver excellent service at a reasonable price.
Launa is an energetic, results-oriented Business Professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. Launa is the Community Outreach Liaison to our District 8, Broward County Commissioner Barbara Sharief, and is very active in all of our cities that we represent which includes Pembroke Pines, Miramar, West Park, Pembroke Park and Hallandale Beach.
Launa is a member of the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce, she is Co-Chair on the Women In Business Committee, she is the President of Team Entrepreneur Toastmasters Club, she is active in her church, she is a partner in their family business, Affordable Title and Lien, she also has her own Training Consulting Company, Train to Gain and she also helps her husband with his Company, Home Rescuers. Launa is a wife, mother and grandmother of 3 beautiful princesses (11, 6, & 3) and 2 handsome boys (3 & 1 month).
In her spare time, Launa loves to read, bake with the princesses, bike ride and do her kangoo jumps.
