Practicing boundaries is our next step with Loving ourselves. For those of us who live to say Yes all the time, it might be saying No more. For others it may be asking for what you need from others. What boundaries will support you in loving yourself more? We will discuss what helps us, and how you can discover what will help you. Once you have found out what they are, how do you communicate them to others? We will also talk about how we can share what supports us to others in a way to get them on our team. Support is always necessary in freedom.
