Go Ahead! Tear the Wrapping Paper A Holiday Reminder of Possibilities

    in Spirituality

What do wrapping paper and possibilities have in common?  Well, it is something to consider.  With so much talk of enlightenment, self discovery, and dream building, some are asking, “How?”   Difficulties seem to be running rampant, and yet the spiritual adage says the universe is supportive in all ways.  How is that possible when people are losing their jobs and their homes?  How is it possible to follow one’s passion and make a living at the same time, and how are people overcoming illnesses and healing their own bodies?  Follow a holiday tradition - opening gifts by tearing the wrapping paper - and be inspired by the radical messages of spiritual teachers from the past and in this modern day.

Tina Gibson is an international speaker, author, and teacher in the area of self-discovery.  She is also a life-coach and Spiritual Practitioner assisting others to better understand their personal power.  Having traveled extensively around the globe, Tina inspires many to live in and come from a place of love.  After spending years learning the true power of self-love, she shares her journey and the challenges she has experienced by her own limiting beliefs.  The mother of three successful sons, Tina continues to share her message of the gifts of self-love.  Tina resides in Albuquerque, NM.

CYGN: Art and Architecture: Future Possibilities

    in Youth

Join us here on Conscious Youth Global Network Radio, as we continue to explore the possibilities of our youth’s potential by giving them the platform to share their views and their artistic expressions with our listeners.  Our topic will be: Art and Architecture: Future Possibilities. We will be speaking with two dynamic individuals, both are natives of Los Angeles. Austin Adams, who’s currently studying architecture, shares some very inspirational words that all youth can benefit from.  Our second guest, Maria Cruz, a phenomenal visual artist and expressionist and a founder of the successful Artwalk project in Lemiert Park Village, will also share her wisdom of art and life. This dialogue promises to be very interesting! Tune in!

Austin Adams was born and raised in Los Angeles. He graduated from Loyola High School in 2013. There he ran track and cross country all four years and was an active member in campus ministry. In his freshman and sophomore years he helped tutor eighth grade students to prepare for the high school placement test. During high school he also volunteered at the Jenesse Center which is a non-profit domestic violence abuse center that has rehabilitation programs to help battered families integrate back into a normal life. With the Jenesse Center, he was a Youth Conversations Leader and a camp counselor during the summer.

Maria Elena Cruz is an active artist and curator, and the mother of two children, aged seven and eight. She has taught art for 15 years, and believes that art can help children and adults development and ease them through difficult times of transition – something she has experience with firsthand.  She taught at Optimist High for eight years and taught watercolor, mixed media art, and figure drawing at UCLA for four years.

Close-Up Talk Radio spotlights Amy Anfinson of Divine Unlimited Possibilities

    in Motivation

We all desire freedom and balance, yet we often grow frustrated when we don’t see the results we want. According to Amy Anfinson, if we learn to manage our emotions, we will move through life with more ease and grace and experience success in every single aspect of our lives, no exceptions.

Amy Anfinson is a coach, mentor, spiritual teacher and the founder of Divine Unlimited Possibilities, a positive change coaching practice dedicated to moving people from stress to success. Amy teaches her clients to empower themselves to create more money, fulfilling relationships and a vibrant health in mind, body and spirit.

“I help people open up to the unlimited possibilities in their lives,” says Amy. “Sometimes we look at our experiences and say, ‘This is just how it is.’ Our thinking then stays small and we get trapped into repeating the same old patterns and producing the same unsatisfying results. I get my clients out of their old thinking and behaviors and train them to change their results by changing their thinking. People feel immediate relief, rapidly open up to unlimited possibilities and have fun along the journey.”

To ease people from stress to success, Amy created the OASIS Approach, a powerful system for creating the life you want. OASIS stands for “Openness, Awareness, Silence and Small Shifts, Intentions and Support Systems." People who have used this transformative system and worked with Amy have experienced immediate relief and rapid positive changes.

Says Amy: “My simple, 5-step OASIS Approach can help you to move past life’s toughest road blocks and discover your passions and dreams.”

    Problems or Possibilities?

    in Business

How many of your 'problems' are truly problems?  Or do you create them so you'll have something to do?

This was a theme I noticed emerging when I was running Creativity Lab in Europe over the last few weeks.

Amazing people creating crazy stuff to keep themselves busy because they have not recognized their capacities to create possibilities instead!  So what else is possible?  Let's explore!
