Dissociative identity disorder (DID), previously known as multiple personality disorder (MPD),[1] is a mental disorder characterized by at least two distinct and relatively enduring identities or dissociated personality. Diagnosis is often difficult as there is considerable comorbidity with other mental disorders.  It is also one of the most controversial psychiatric disorders, with no clear consensus on diagnostic criteria or treatment.

Join me and my guest, Gloria Hass as she talks about triggers, ways personalities show out, staying in the present, dealing with flashbacks and grounding techniques.

Tune in on November 14th @ 6:30 pm for Part II.  To listen live dial 713-955-0734 or follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
