We will look at the  Best Practices of Black Educators. The Pitfalls and Travails of being  in a Systemic inequal School District, The limitations of  of a Curriculum of non inclusion . Where do we go from here and  how  can be find  Educationally Based Solutions.  We will have a panel of Administrators, Educators, Counselors and Social Workers to Weigh in on this  subject.
