Check your attitude and ego when you share your knowledge about Agile. I've seen people who are considered to have a lot of experience related to Agile become the in-house authority and that's OK. It becomes concerning when a person's previous Agile experience comes across as the "right way'" or the "only way" for the team to do Agile. It's great to share your experience, but keep in mind how to do it while letting others learn, and know that old and new ideas are still welcome when it comes to the current team.
