If the Lead on your team is doing 10 times more work than everyone else because they are faster, when does that Lead have time to help the 10 other team members get just as fast? Some organizations need to revisit what the role of Team Lead represents especially where there is a  wide gap between the Team Lead's capabilities and everyone else's.  If the Team Lead seems to have superhero level abilities and the Team Lead gets all of the hard assignments and everyone else plays a supporting role - maybe that works in basketball, but it doesn't work in Agile.  Take a listen as I share some insights on a new way of looking at the Team Lead role.
