There was a time (pre-COVID) that a team would go out for a drink after work or in some environments the beer and wine were on tap, right on the premises. Companies like Twitter and Glassdoor serve beer and wine on the job. But you can't keep people tipsy! Alcohol, social events nor playdates can help build a team or help a team bond.
