#ExpressoTechSip - Does Your Team Fight Fair At Work? - Episode #640

At work, what happens to your co-workers and your team when they disagree?  Perhaps, when it's a happy hour or you all are on your morning zoom call and bantering about none work related things, it's all grins, smiles, and laughter.  However, the minute your project manager says, "Are we on track to meet our deadline?"  or "Are we still going to be able to complete this epic by the end of this Sprint?"  Then all of a sudden, it's every man, woman, and intern for themselves.  Finger pointing, side-eyeing, verbal meltdowns, sidebar (DM) cackling, whispering, or the old virtual work weapon of deafening silence on the zoom call (total shutdown).   As an Agile (scrum, kanban, SAFe, modern Agile) coach, it's not a pretty thing to watch.
